Once a new exclusive listing is received at the branch office either the listing administrator or the agent should:

Manually add the listing into Showing Time

Fill out the Property Information form (see link below)

The Team Assist group will take care of the initial upload to any sites requested.

All changes to the listing, including price, expiry date or status will need to be manually changed by sending an email to
